THE PROCESS

Three mobile app screens from a social token management application called POOLS. The first screen prompts the user to connect their wallet and join the waitlist. The second screen shows a search process for followers on a network named Lens. The third screen features a leaderboard of community members with their token holdings, emphasizing the most engaged fans in the web3 space. Through our research, we uncovered that creators struggled with complex tools for managing token economies and tracking audience engagement.

We conducted interviews to gather insights from our most engaged creators.

  • We spoke directly with creators to understand their pain points in managing Web3 engagement tools.

  • Analyzed competitor platforms and tools like Bonfire and Lens to refine the Creator Portal and P00LS App, focusing on token management, rewards, and third-party integration.

  • Collaborated with stakeholders and gathered insights from 40+ creators to align the Creator Portal's features with user needs and business goals, driving actionable improvements through detailed reporting.
